    "Abstract": "The bacterium Halomonas boliviensis strain kknpp55 was originally isolated from the early-stage (72-h-old) of marine biofilm assembled in the southern coastal seawater of India. This bacterium produces dense exopolysaccharide (EPS), which provide it capability to forms robust biofilm on various artificial surfaces. To understand the genes and biochemical pathways involved in the EPS biosynthesis and biofilm formation of this bacterium, whole-genome sequencing was performed using high-throughput tag sequencing.",
