Terms of Use for the Blue-Cloud Data Discovery & Access Service

The Blue-Cloud Data Discovery & Access Service (DD&AS) enables federated discovery and retrieval of marine validated data sets and data products across multiple Blue Data Infrastructures (BDIs). These BDIs, managed and operated by various operators and service providers, contribute to a unified platform providing users with the ability to discover and retrieve open datasets.

Licenses:

Each BDI participating in the federation maintains its own terms of use and license policies. Users of the DD&AS must comply with these policies, which are available at the following URLs:
